Growth Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Marketing Talent | Marketing Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Utilize a mix of content, account-based, and performance marketing tactics to attract and convert leads from targeted institutions.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with Product Marketers to enhance their content and ad creatives, and collaborate with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless lead handover.
- Marketing Automation and Data Management: Own the marketing automation strategy to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion, and manage the customer data infrastructure across all customer touchpoints.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, revenue attribution, and ROI, and provide regular, detailed reports and actionable insights to management on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, with a focus on growth marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Marketing Automation and CRM: Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce and Pardot.
- Digital Ad Platforms and SEO: Good knowledge of digital ad platforms, SEO, conversion rate optimisation tools, and content management systems.
- Analytics and Data Analysis: Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Communication and Project Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
