Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Intelligent People. As a consumer fintech business, we are poised for significant growth and are looking for a dedicated marketing professional to lead our growth marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and adapting a performance marketing strategy across multiple channels, including paid acquisition channels. They will also be responsible for:

  • Proactively investigating and identifying high-potential opportunities to test and optimize.
  • Making data-driven, strategic decisions to optimize channel-mix and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Experimenting, monitoring, and continually optimizing targeted campaigns through channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Identifying growth hacking opportunities to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience leading or owning growth marketing for a B2C scale-up business, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate results and insights from performance marketing strategies to the wider business.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business, and other data analytics tools.
  • Proven expertise in creating, executing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns.
  • SEO optimization experience to drive organic growth.
