About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Propel. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and understand the entire customer journey to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and execute email and in-app marketing campaigns to drive engagement and reduce churn.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute experiments and optimise the customer journey.
  • Explore opportunities in paid advertising, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem and other channels.
Requirements
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing or lifecycle, particularly in SaaS or product-led growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, email marketing, and customer journey optimisation.
  • A strong analytical approach with the ability to dive into data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing large email databases and automating campaigns to drive growth.
  • Comfortable working in sprints with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 based on experience.
  • A hybrid working model with 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday) in a vibrant location.
