Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will collaborate with business leaders to provide expert counsel, spearhead the execution of HR initiatives, and contribute significantly to fostering a high-performance culture.

Your ability to forge strong, credible partnerships with market and functional executives will be essential. You will partner to develop organizational design and talent strategies that align with business needs.

Experience in collaborating with C-Suite executives in a dynamic, product-focused, technology-driven organization across diverse regions, particularly in the US, UK, and India, is highly valued.

Support leaders in workforce planning and talent management, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance.

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the overarching strategy for our key business areas and translate it into actionable HR initiatives that facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

Adapt to organizational changes while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering HR services that meet evolving business demands.
