Job Summary:

McGregor Boyall is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team as a strategic interface with the business on all aspects surrounding people. This role will act as a key facilitator and enabler of people strategy and a driver of change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret Business Strategy: Translate the company's business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions to drive out HR initiatives.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the appropriate support in all people areas, including talent management, succession, development, and leadership.
  • Support Business Transformation: Assist the business functions through a period of change and organizational development as the company undergoes a period of transformation.
  • Set HR Framework: Establish the framework and approach for key cyclical HR activities, ensuring they are aligned to the company's business strategy.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Act as a champion of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda, weaving initiatives through all people strategy activities.
  • Lead HR Business Partners: Manage a team of 2 HR Business Partners, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex professional services firm.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and its application to people strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Experience in managing a team of HR Business Partners.
