Position Overview:

We are looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to become an integral part of a large and multifaceted professional services organization. This role serves as the strategic liaison with the business regarding all people-related matters and will be a key member of the leadership team, facilitating and enabling the people strategy while driving transformative change.

This position will oversee two distinct client segments within the advisory division of the firm. One segment focuses on high-volume transactional services, while the other deals with intricate, high-touch corporate finance. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to adapt their approach and style as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:


• Translating the business strategy into actionable deliverables from a human resources perspective, collaborating with the broader HR team and various business functions, as well as centers of excellence to implement HR initiatives.

• Engaging with relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive support across all people-related areas, including talent management, succession planning, development, and leadership.

• Supporting business functions through periods of organizational change and development as the firm navigates a transformation phase.

• Establishing the framework and methodology for key cyclical HR activities, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

• Championing the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda by integrating initiatives throughout all people strategy activities.

• Leading a team of two HR Business Partners.


Required Skills:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex matrix environment, preferably in financial or professional services, supporting front office or advisory client groups.

• Comprehensive experience in all facets of HR Business Partnering, including talent acquisition, succession planning, organizational restructuring, annual compensation processes, external benchmarking, employee relations, and case management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and drive HR initiatives and change in a dynamic, complex environment.

• A pragmatic and commercially-focused approach to human capital solutions.

• Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
