Position Overview: Join wagamama as a Regional People Strategy Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for our extensive network of restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the regional director and area managers to cultivate and sustain effective partnerships that enhance operational success through strategic people initiatives.
- Ensure the establishment of robust talent pipelines to maintain a balanced approach between internal promotions and external hires, working alongside the regional talent partner to attract and retain top talent.
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of internal talent needs through effective succession planning and personal development strategies.
- Lead and mentor the regional talent partner, guiding them in their professional development.
- Develop a strategic resourcing plan in collaboration with operations and the talent acquisition team to proactively address staffing needs and minimize vacancies.
- Utilize your experience in multi-site restaurant or retail environments to drive people performance and operational excellence.
- Apply your knowledge of general HR principles, talent management, employee relations, and change management to solve complex challenges and analyze data effectively.
