About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced People Partner / HR Business Partner to join our team in the South of England. As a trusted partner, you will provide expert HR guidance and contribute to the overall success of our organisation. You will be responsible for supporting and driving our people strategy, ensuring that our nurseries operate effectively to a high standard, in line with our company values and UK legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with regional and nursery leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a consistent approach to people management across the region.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Talent Management: Work with the talent acquisition partner to engage new talent while also developing and implementing retention strategies, working closely with managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Change Management: Support and lead organisational change initiatives within the region, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes for staff and operations.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organise targeted development programmes with the in-house team to enhance staff skills and improve performance.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for all staff.
- Compliance & HR Administration: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with current legislation, and maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
