We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Retail, Leisure & Hospitality Practice at OC&C Strategy Consultants. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategy and diligence projects, managing project teams, and building strong working relationships with client contacts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategy and diligence projects, from designing the approach to overseeing analysis and synthesizing findings
- Manage and motivate project teams, including assisting team members to develop consulting skills
- Build strong working relationships with client contacts during projects and begin to build a personal network
- Support sector team efforts to reinforce OC&C's position as leaders in strategy consultancy in our chosen areas
- Experience of managing workstreams and leading consulting teams
- Experience in developing and coaching people
- Experience in translating key client issues into clear deliverables and implementing this advice
- Analytical, highly numerate, clear thinkers who are hypothesis and issue driven
- Intellectually curious, rigorous and creative
- Commercially aware, able to recognize critical issues and dedicate attention accordingly
- Effective communicators, in writing or verbally, able to adapt style for different internal and external audiences
- Pragmatic, enthusiastic and structured implementers with an ability to create and maintain pace whilst ensuring that energies are well focussed and channelled
