Seasonal Retail Consultant | Aesop London | Part Time and Full Time

Aesop is seeking Seasonal Retail Consultants to join our London store teams for the Festive Season 2024. As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.

We are seeking both Part Time and Full Time roles for a fixed term period with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment, based on the business needs. We are seeking flexible candidates with a passion for retail who have full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours. These roles operate on an on-site working pattern.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success
  • Communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity to provide exceptional customer service
  • Operate within a customer service role or environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Learn product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
