Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Retail Insider Media Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our luxury fragrance products to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of our luxury fragrance brands, including Versace, Moschino, and Eight & Bob.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve account and individual sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury fragrance market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
