Job SummaryWe are seeking a fashion passionate Sales Consultant to join our team in a dynamic and inspiring environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values.
- Sales: Achieve commercial objectives of the shop and KPIs by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
- Shop Operations: Work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, and other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the point of sale.
- Shop Image: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date shop, ensuring that the necessary products are available to customers.
- Cultural Fit: Contribute to a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
- English and other languages would be a plus.
- Strong team player and commercial mindset.
- Amazing communication skills.
