Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, your main goals are to create a memorable brand experience for our customers, transmitting the passion for the brand, and helping them find what they're looking for with a kind and helpful attitude. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Attracting and retaining customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service.
  • Achieving commercial objectives and KPIS by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.
  • Working as a team, carrying out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, and other tasks to ensure the point of sale runs smoothly.
  • Cultivating a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English and other languages would be a plus.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
  • Amazing communications skills.
