Role Purpose:This role is designed for an energetic, results-oriented sales consultant with a strong focus on new business development in bespoke software solutions.
The successful candidate will excel in building relationships and driving revenue through targeted, consultative engagement with potential clients.
They should be naturally inclined to close deals, eager to meet revenue targets, and skilled at forging lasting trust with stakeholders in a short timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Initiate and maintain outbound sales activities to build a strong pipeline, targeting custom software solutions in mobile, web, and data.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and sustain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a high-quality, qualified lead pipeline.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and rapport with potential clients quickly and effectively, fostering strong partnerships aligned with client needs.
- Opportunity Qualification and Deal Closing: Identify and close new business opportunities, aligning client needs with bespoke software offerings.
- Revenue Targets & Bonuses: Achieve quarterly revenue goals with a potential £60,000 bonus upon successful completion.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and pipeline progression through HubSpot CRM, using analytics to refine strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to fully understand client needs, positioning bespoke solutions effectively.
- Smart and Consultative: Demonstrates intelligence and relevant consulting experience aligned with our clients goals, helping elevate the company's strategic objectives.
- New Business-Focused and Natural Closer: A proactive, results-driven salesperson with a strong focus on new business acquisition and a knack for closing deals.

Experience:
- 2-3 years in bespoke software development sales, ideally in a custom software house or tech consultancy.
- Proven track record in selling complex solutions with an emphasis on closing deals within mobile and web applications.
- Prior experience in full-stack, custom solutions is essential.
