Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for growing territory revenue and delivering profit in line with margin expectations and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming enquiries from all channels, commercially reviewing them and taking appropriate action.
  • Completing customer surveys via telephone, video call, and self-survey information.
  • Recording all enquiries and quotations in Navision.
  • Identifying customer buying criteria.
  • Conducting price bounces to gauge customer reaction.
  • Accurately costing via costing form and table.
  • Determining margin through factors such as move date, insurance value, competition, and customer confidence in brand.
  • Selling insurance and uplifts.
  • Introducing affiliate revenue streams.
  • Preparing and submitting quotations to customers.
  • Seeing jobs through to conclusion and maintaining records in Navision.
  • Working with the Operations team to establish appropriate service standards and proactively seeking service improvements.

We are looking for a competent sales professional with an elevated level of emotional intelligence who can perform against sales targets and work effectively with internal teams. The successful Sales Consultant will have proven sales experience with demonstrable consultative, negotiating, and influencing skills. First-class communication skills and approachability are essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and commission scheme.
