Senior Showroom Sales Consultant Opportunity

Morgan McKinley is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Consultant with a passion for interior design to join our team as a Senior Showroom Sales Consultant.

As a Senior Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and informative experience to customers during showroom visits, gaining in-depth product knowledge, and taking a consultative approach to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and engage customers, offering a warm and informative experience.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and match options to customer needs.
  3. Take a consultative approach to understand customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
  4. Maintain a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom.
  5. Guide customers through the purchase process, providing pricing information, handling paperwork, and closing sales.
  6. Build lasting customer relationships through follow-ups and responsiveness after the sale.
  7. Support the showroom manager in enhancing customer service strategies.
  8. Stay updated on design trends and competitors to offer informed recommendations.
Requirements
  1. Strong passion for interior design.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  3. Knowledge of various styles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and meeting sales targets.
  5. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining customer records.
  6. Able to work with minimum supervision.
