Sponsorship Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team at Certus Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sponsorship revenue across all events, delivering independent research to identify potential sponsors, and developing and maintaining a database of existing sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive new sponsorship revenue across all events
  2. Deliver independent research to identify potential sponsors
  3. Develop and maintain a database of existing sponsors
  4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting/account management through to close
  5. Perform key account management
  6. Utilise inbound and marketing generated leads
  7. Attend events to ensure smooth running and improve customer service through face-to-face interaction
Requirements:
  1. Degree educated
  2. 2+ years sponsorship sales experience
  3. A record of sales achievement
  4. Intelligent and articulate
  5. Structured approach and solid time management
  6. Motivated, determined, and driven (financially and career advancement)
  7. Commercially and new business minded
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  9. Second language (advantageous)
  10. Consultative selling
  11. Self-starter
