Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Fashion and Retail sector.

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Write impactful and eye-catching job adverts that attract top talent.

Conduct thorough candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our database.

Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for clients.

Manage the entire recruitment process from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Personal Specifications:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven individuals who are passionate about Fashion and Recruitment and have experience in either of the following areas:

Previous experience in recruitment, within either Head Office/Retail environment to include HR, Marketing, E-Comms, Retail Ops, Finance, or working with Fashion Suppliers covering Design Production and Technical roles.

Experience working with suppliers or brands in a Sales/Account management role.

In-house Recruitment in a similar sector looking to pivot to an exciting career in agency recruitment.

Sales-driven with an intuitive and inquisitive personality.

Ability to engage with and develop new and existing customers.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A proactive attitude with good time management and prioritization skills.

Confident and self-motivated.

Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Good IT skills with previous experience of working with a CRM system (Bullhorn or similar) a distinct advantage.
