Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients and candidates to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
  • SOURCE HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATES FOR CLIENT ROLES THROUGH RESEARCH AND RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES
  • CONDUCT INTERVIEWS AND ASSESSMENTS TO ENSURE THE BEST MATCH BETWEEN CANDIDATE AND ROLE
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and results

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £37,500 per annum (uncapped commission)
  • A generous benefits package, including 23 days holiday, birthday off, healthcare after 6 months, and auto pension

Estimated Salary: £28,750 - £42,625 per annum
