About the Role:

Funding Circle UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our People Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business objectives through the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Funding Circle's leadership to identify, build, and execute HR strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and support the resolution of highly complex and high-risk people issues within the People Partner team.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) roadmap and initiatives.
  • Apply data and analytics to inform trends, identify appropriate interventions, and measure impact.
  • Work closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Total Reward to ensure a seamless people experience for the business.
  • Proactively problem-solve, identifying and mitigating any risks, issues, or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day.
  • Stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations in the UK and provide guidance on complex employee relations issues.
