About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled People and Talent Business Partner to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our People and Talent team, you will play a critical role in supporting and driving global initiatives across our Events and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders across your business unit
- Provide expert advice on a range of global HR issues, including career progression, diversity and inclusion, management capability, learning and development, and organisational design
- Support the HR Team by delivering monthly reports, ensuring attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
- Actively participate in delivering company-wide training and change management programs
- Collaborate with the People and Talent Director to drive the delivery of key people projects
Requirements:
- Strong generalist HR experience in a partnering role
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Tools, particularly Excel
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience using Workday, ideally with implementation experience
