People and Talent Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Talent Business Partner to join our team at Law Business Research Limited. As a key member of our People and Talent team, you will play a critical role in supporting and driving global HR initiatives across our Events and Commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders across the business unit
- Provide expert advice on a range of global HR issues, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design
- Support the HR team in delivering monthly reports, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Coach and build the capability of managers to anticipate and pre-empt areas for improvement and provide solutions
- Act as a visible partner to employees, providing platforms and encouraging upward communication on people-based issues and interests
- Participate in delivering company-wide training and change management programs
- Support the People and Talent Director in driving the delivery of key people projects, including career progression, diversity and inclusion, management capability, L&D, and organizational design
- Manage multiple, global payroll processes
- Effectively manage conflicting priorities in terms of workload
- CIPD L5 or equivalent relevant professional qualification is desirable
- Strong generalist HR experience in a partnering role
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Tools, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sound understanding of international employment law, with US labor law being desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Initiative, proactiveness, and a change enabler
- Experience using ADP and DEEL is desirable but not essential
- Experience using Workday, ideally with implementation experience
- Ability to maintain a positive and healthy working environment
