Position Overview

Portico Corporate Reception Management is on the lookout for a dedicated corporate Receptionist to enhance our front-of-house operations. This role is situated within a prestigious investment firm, where you will play a vital role in shaping the visitor experience.

From the initial greeting to the final farewell, our team is responsible for ensuring a seamless visitor journey. This diverse Receptionist position invites you to craft an outstanding welcome for both employees and guests entering the premises. Your responsibilities will include managing meeting rooms, coordinating bookings, preparing hospitality setups, and guiding visitors to their designated areas.

To deliver exceptional service, collaboration with various service providers is essential, ensuring that all staff members enjoy a smooth and efficient environment.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £31,000

Qualifications

Successful applicants will have a solid background in delivering exceptional customer service, with prior experience in a corporate or upscale hospitality setting being a prerequisite.
