Job Overview

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a meticulous and professional Receptionist to join our team, serving a prestigious American hedge fund.

The Receptionist in this dynamic client-facing environment will be responsible for delivering a welcoming experience while managing essential meeting room operations.

As the initial point of contact for all guests and staff, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in establishing a positive atmosphere within the office. With a warm demeanor and engaging personality, they will foster immediate connections with visitors and colleagues alike.

In addition to greeting guests, the Receptionist will oversee the efficient operation of meeting spaces. This includes coordinating bookings, ensuring timely delivery of services, and collaborating with facilities coordinators and other service providers to guarantee a seamless experience for all users.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with rotational shifts between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £30,000-£32,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess customer service experience in a fast-paced setting, with a preference for those who have worked in corporate reception roles.
