Job Opportunity at Portico Corporate Reception Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welcome Team Leader to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of 5, overseeing a welcome and helpdesk service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team of 5 to deliver exceptional service to clients and visitors
  • Oversee the welcome and helpdesk service, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience
  • Assist in the supervision and development of the Welcome Team, including training and coaching
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues across all service lines
  • Take ownership of service levels across the board, ensuring seamless delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading the delivery of outstanding service in a corporate and public space environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • A proven track record in achieving positive results while managing change
