Our Team

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Welcome Host. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients and guests, while also handling administrative tasks, room bookings, and liaison with our Office Managers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients and guests, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including room bookings, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Liaise with Office Managers and contractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and guests, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and build loyalty.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and computer skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end corporate environment.
