The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Welcome Host to join our team in the London Bridge offices of a leading auditor. As a Welcome Host, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage front desk operations, including administration tasks, room bookings, and liaison with Office Managers and contractors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

We're looking for an individual with excellent communication and computer skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end corporate environment.
