About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at Apex Hotels. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Offer accurate information and recommendations to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a fun and engaging environment to promote guest loyalty.
  • Work efficiently to resolve guest enquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
