Job Title: Audio Visual Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all audio visual services on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the AV Team in the day-to-day operation of all audio visual services on site.
  • Provide technical support for audio visual equipment, including video conferencing systems.
  • Ensure that all audio visual equipment is properly maintained and upgraded as needed.
  • Collaborate with the AV Team to develop and implement audio visual strategies that meet the needs of the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and flexible with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working in a 5-star service environment or corporate environment.
  • Excellent technical/IT skills, including knowledge of audio-visual equipment and digital systems.
  • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
