Key Responsibilities

As an Estate Protection Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and emergency protocols, executing them effectively when required.
  • Maintaining constant oversight of communication systems, utilizing them to coordinate with the security team while adhering to established protocols.
  • Providing consistent updates and constructive feedback to management regarding service delivery, while implementing solutions to improve overall security operations.
  • Collaborating with local authorities to address incidents and share information, ensuring timely resolution of security matters.
  • Managing access control systems for gates, doors, and other entry points to maintain a secure environment.
  • Monitoring surveillance systems in accordance with industry standards, responding to alerts, and reporting any safety concerns or suspicious behavior.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 42 hours per week, with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, following a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.


Compensation

The annual salary for this role is £29,846.


Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid Door Supervisor & CCTV SIA Licence. Candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.
