We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist (Concierge) to join our dynamic team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Team Leader in managing the front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Support the senior team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate setting or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
