About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Rapport. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking in and out guests, handling inquiries, and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience for all.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise, providing solutions and alternatives to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
