About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Lovin- JobBoard. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring all guests are acknowledged and welcomed in a professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling visitor and contractor check-in, administration, and lobby hosting.
  • Communication: Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess an excellent command of English, verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional guest service in everything you do.
  • Team Player: Be able to work independently and as part of a large team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Be creative, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
