Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their visitors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate visitor and contractor check-in, administration, and lobby hosting
  • Work closely with the client's team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and guests
  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on guest service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
