Front Desk Coordinator
One Avenue Group is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience when entering our space.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception duties, greeting clients and guests, and providing administrative support as needed
- Delivering a superior meet and greet service to our clients and their guests
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
- Handling mail and courier services
- Ensuring the reception area is always tidy and presentable
- Providing information about services and handling client inquiries
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
