Front Desk Coordinator

One Avenue Group is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience when entering our space.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception duties, greeting clients and guests, and providing administrative support as needed
  • Delivering a superior meet and greet service to our clients and their guests
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
  • Handling mail and courier services
  • Ensuring the reception area is always tidy and presentable
  • Providing information about services and handling client inquiries

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
