Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at HSBC Innovation Banking. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house services, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the front-of-house services for all internal and external meetings
- Aid with events to ensure smooth running end-to-end
- Provide proactive administrative support to the business and assist the administrative team
- Provide a polished professional customer service experience to external clients/visitors and internal clients
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and be a supportive team player
Requirements:
- Excellent communicator

- Ability to multi-task and support multiple lines of enquiries
- Excellent computer literacy
- Attention to detail
