Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Location: London, UK

Salary: £50,000 per year or £27 per hour (contract/TEMP TO PERM)

This is a leadership role for a Front of House Recruitment firm in London. We are seeking an experienced Reception Manager to manage our front-of-house team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee a small team, providing guidance, support, and hands-on assistance when required.
  • Meeting Room Management: Ensure meeting rooms are well-maintained, manage bookings, and oversee setup for board meetings and events.
  • Hands-On Reception Duties: Provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold high standards of customer service, reflecting the company's values.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, check on meeting rooms, and liaise with catering and facilities teams as needed.
  • Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate schedules, book board meetings, and handle administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Reception Manager, Senior Receptionist, or Reception Supervisor in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of meeting room management and ability to ensure smooth scheduling and room readiness.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism.
  • Experience managing a small team and confident ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
