Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Phoenix Practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to patients and other visitors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring that all patients receive a warm and welcoming experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, dealing with queries, answering phone calls, and directing patients to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and updating patient information on our computer system. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of patients and efficient use of resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records, processing paperwork, and updating patient information on our computer system
  • Deal with incoming phone calls, taking messages, and directing patients to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a medical setting is essential
  • Ability to use own judgment and common sense to resolve issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
