Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a warm welcome.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional manner, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and reservations, ensuring seamless communication with the hotel's departments.
  • Coordinate with the hotel's facilities team to ensure that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling cash and credit transactions, and balancing the till at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or corporate environment.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with hotel software systems and technology, including property management systems and online booking platforms.
