Front Desk Coordinator

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our colleagues and clients. This role requires a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance the experience of our colleagues and clients by providing support with meeting room booking, connectivity, and hospitality.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Possess proficient skills in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Our estimated salary range is £25,792 - £29,328 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and £13.40 per hour.
