Reception Team Leader (Concierge Team Lead)

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Leader to oversee the front desk operation and manage a team of concierge staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team of concierge staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and promote a positive work culture.
  • Front Desk Operations: Oversee the front desk operation, including managing meeting rooms, visitors, and ensuring the security of the floor.
  • Business Support: Assist the senior team with business travel needs and maintain a vigilant approach to security, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of company information.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to drive service excellence and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory Experience: Have supervisory experience within customer service, preferably within a corporate setting or similar role.
  • Security Experience: Experience in security is a significant advantage, but not essential.
