Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the AV Team in the day-to-day operation of all audio visual services on site.
  • Provide technical support for audio visual equipment, including video conferencing systems.
  • Ensure that all audio visual equipment is properly maintained and upgraded as needed.
  • Collaborate with the AV Team to develop and implement audio visual strategies that meet the needs of the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and flexible with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working in a 5-star service environment or corporate environment.
  • Excellent technical/IT skills, including knowledge of audio-visual equipment and digital systems.
  • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
