Job Overview

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a dedicated Estate Protection Specialist to enhance our security team at a prestigious residential property.

This role is situated within a sophisticated multi-use facility that includes luxurious residential apartments, office spaces, and retail units, all located in a renowned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all organizational standards, policies, and site-specific instructions, particularly during emergency situations.
  • Maintain vigilant monitoring of communication systems, utilizing them effectively to coordinate with the security team while adhering to established protocols.
  • Provide consistent communication and feedback to management regarding service delivery, implementing strategies for improvement and corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with local authorities to address incidents and provide necessary information, ensuring timely resolution of security matters.
  • Oversee remote access control systems, including gates and doors, to maintain secure entry points.
  • Continuously monitor surveillance systems in accordance with industry standards, managing alerts and reporting any potential safety concerns or suspicious activities.

Work Schedule: 42 hours per week, consisting of 12-hour shifts, with a rotation of 4 days on followed by 4 days off.
Compensation: £29,846

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a valid Door Supervisor & CCTV SIA Licence. Candidates lacking these credentials will not be considered.
