Job Summary

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Support Member to join our team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests and colleagues have a positive and lasting impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level customer care and personal service to all stakeholders, including employees, colleagues, visitors, event delegates, and VIPs.
  • Ensure that all guests and colleagues are greeted and assisted in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional service standards and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or front of house role is essential.
  • Ability to engage with others to create rapport and build strong relationships.
