Sunblink Ltd is on the lookout for a skilled Healthcare Reception Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role is essential for maintaining the seamless operation of our clinic during a planned staff absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage physicians' schedules, appointments, and patient inquiries with precision
  • Handle all clinic communications, including correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Ensure the clinic operates efficiently and effectively
  • Order necessary office and medical supplies, including vaccines and equipment
  • Conduct brief consultations with patients, prioritising their needs and addressing inquiries
  • Follow up on clinical letters and test results from laboratories and external medical professionals
  • Assist both physicians and patients in urgent circumstances
  • Coordinate appointments for patients with outside specialists
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Welcome and register new patients, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere
  • Keep doctors' offices and shared spaces in pristine condition

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar reception or administrative capacity within a healthcare environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in managing confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous

The clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. With plans for expansion, there is potential for this role to transition into a permanent position.
