The Role Collect data on executive and non-executive remuneration from publicly disclosed sources, collaborating with an international team Help maintain, update, and develop new and existing tools and databases Ensure excellent data quality and accuracy Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop intellectual capital based on UK and global insights Prepare reports and support ad-hoc requests for client and marketing purposes The RequirementsAbility to negotiate premiums and coverage with insurers on behalf of clients.

Confident in advising clients with the ability to engage and form strong relationshipsExperience in a client-facing role preferrable but not essential, can be in either supporting or managing an assigned client portfolio.

Provide excellent client service.
Be able to work in a deadline driven environment.
Be confident user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Have excellent organisational, PC and communications skills.
ACII qualified or studying towards is preferred but not essential.
