Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Specialist to support our compensation team in crafting, executing, and managing a wide array of compensation initiatives across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director of Compensation in the US, you will serve as the subject matter expert on the company's compensation framework, policies, and procedures, with a focus on the regional landscape. A solid understanding of the dynamic job market, relevant laws, and regulations is essential. Experience with compensation data in regions with Workers Councils or Collective Bargaining Agreements is crucial. Additionally, you will play a vital role in year-end processes and engage directly with senior executives. Strong data integrity skills are imperative for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to develop local, regional, and international compensation strategies that ensure competitive pay practices. Provide comprehensive recommendations regarding compensation for new hires, promotions, and adjustments, adhering to best practices. Act as the primary contact and advisor for the local Leadership Teams in key locations. Oversee remuneration analysis and compliance with country-specific pay gap reporting requirements. Manage ongoing job analysis, evaluations, and market pricing for global positions, including those in the APAC region. Perform equity analysis of roles in response to evolving organizational needs and market conditions. Ensure adherence to job architecture and maintain the integrity of the structure within the Workday system. Analyze global pay practices and summarize trends in business spending and merit increases. Collaborate with the Global Mobility Lead to enhance internal processes for hires and transfers. Foster internal relationships and support People team members and Centers of Excellence. Manage compensation survey requirements.

Qualifications:

Over 7 years of relevant experience in compensation. Strong understanding of Human Resources functions, including Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition. Proven ability to independently manage projects and solve complex problems. Familiarity with labor laws and pay transparency regulations across the EU and UK. Knowledge of annual salary and bonus processes, including corporate bonus structures. Experience in market evaluation and compensation trends. Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle. Proficiency in compensation tools such as MarketPay and Workday. Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with compensation data in regions with Workers Councils or Collective Bargaining Agreements. Ability to provide recommendations for country-specific challenges and mitigate business risks. Experience in People Business Partnering or Recruiting is advantageous.
