Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Payroll Analyst to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the year-end compensation review process, administering short and long-term incentives, and assisting with benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the year-end compensation review process to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Assist with the administration of short and long-term incentives, including stock options and bonuses.
- Collaborate with the benefits team to ensure accurate and efficient benefits administration.
- Assist with monthly payroll and quarterly accruals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in reward and/or payroll, ideally within financial services.
- Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
