Senior Compensation Analyst

About the Role

The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a key part in the implementation and administration of compensation programs that support Diligent's business strategy. This role will be responsible for general day-to-day client group support of compensation needs, coordinating closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Business Leaders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to various aspects of compensation and provide direct support to the design and implementation of several global core compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and play a lead role in regular compensation activities including annual compensation planning cycle, promotion review periods, and salary survey participation.
  • Lead compensation projects, which may include job framework changes, organizational changes, M&A activity, and incentive design work.
  • Conduct compensation benchmark assessments, actively seeking market intelligence and industry-specific data to inform appropriate solutions.
  • Review and approve employment offers – consulting with Talent Acquisition, HR business partners, and business leaders.
  • Actively participate in compensation compliance activities across all jurisdictions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of compensation experience.
  • Maintaining high levels of data integrity and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and model large data sets in Excel.
