Compensation Analyst

Join JSS Search as a Compensation Analyst and contribute to the development of a high-impact role within our global financial services business. As a key member of the Reward team, you will work closely with the Head of Reward and key stakeholders to provide insights and analysis that will shape the company's reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to support decision-making on salary structures, bonuses, and equity awards.
  • Conduct detailed market benchmarking and job evaluations, providing insights on competitive pay practices across different geographies.
  • Create and manage compensation reports for senior leadership and HR partners, providing data-driven recommendations on compensation strategy and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proven ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment, particularly within financial services.
  • Experience with compensation and benefits practices, with a keen understanding of regional differences and regulatory requirements.
